Thought i'd throw this out there and see what everyone's taste in music is

Myself im a Metal, Rock guy and listen to bands such as AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Sabbath etc.

So how about you?

Also in to metal like Metalica but more of the early stuff like ride the lightning and killem all etc... Also into GnR appitite glad to find another metal head

I prefer early Metallica to the later stuff aswell mate Four Horseman, Master of Puppets etc

i have a feeling ill be on my own on this one, but nevermind. ive been a massive fan of rap music for many years now (wu tang especially), but unlike most of the fools who cant appreciate other music, im a big fan of maiden, ratm and anything to come out of the 80's. i like to have some diversity to the music i listen to. love the thread idea by the way, im very passionate about music. hope to see some more responses on here

i have found a plug in which lets you put mp3 tracks on here, but i don't know where they are meant to come from,(i.e.where we upload to), if you know what i mean... i will look into it more and come back...but what will happen eventually is we can click on songs here and hear them..

I'm a Metal fan,but love Extreme Metal.Death Metal,Black Metal etc.Bands like Entombed,Six Foot Under,Opeth,Obituary,Slayer,Lamb of God.Also like the less extreme like Metallica,Paradise Lost,Katatonia,but I've never become nostalgic about past music.I loath Nu Metal and the crap that's usually included in Kerrang these days!!

I'm a bit of a blues guitar nut! BB King, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, Peter Green, SRV etc. Plus masses of other stuff but I'd be here all night listing them. I'll post some of what I like here every so often. Hope you all do the same.

Hey i'm loving a lot of metal these days obviously metallica, zeppelin, black sabbath, ratm but stuff like corrosion of conformity, clutch, biffy clyro... etc. and randomly eminem, prodigy, santana, radiohead..lots of random goodness

Seems I'm not alone in loving metal / rock music - can't believe that most of you guys like the same bands as me ! I grew up in the 80's and I also strum the old guitar now and again, so I love music by Ozzy, Metallica, early Van Halen etc....anything that they used to play on MTV's Headbanger Ball ( anyone remember the Bailey Brothers, Kristiane Backer or Vanessa Warwick ? ). Also like the bluesy stuff such as SRV, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore and Eric Johnson.

I mainly like rock, punk, metal but will listen to almost anything, except rap.
From AC/DC to ZZ Top via the Clash, Enya, Lynard Skynard, Ry Cooder, the Stranglers, the Who to name but a few.
